People with Disabilities Succeeding (PDS) has served adults with developmental disabilities in paid employment positions throughout Marin County since 1990.
We have several wonderful participants who love dogs! They can walk your dog and scoop their poop and they will be accompanied at all times by a PDS staff member. The PDS Dog Walking Service has been in operation since 2010. References can be provided upon request. Our clients love dogs, and are very experienced. Our staff members have also worked with dogs and are dog owners themselves. Our clients and staff are covered by our organization's insurance, and we will take every precaution to keep your dogs and our dog walkers safe.
PDS Dog Walkers Will:
Meet you at your home or workplace.
Stay within walking distance.
Walk your dogs for up to one hour.
Drop them off, happy and relieved!
We will walk dogs from your neighborhood at the same set time.
Each dog will have a personal, experienced, competent companion.
In order to ensure dependability, we will need you to set-up regular daily/weekly appointments. Fees will be due upon the safe return of your dog after up to one hour of walking and playing. We happily accept cash or checks.
Prices:
1-2 dogs within walking distance from each other: $20.00 per hour
3 dogs within walking distance from each other: $30 per hour.
We will never walk more than 3 dogs at a time. We accept standing weekday appointments only, and are not “on call”.
